To address functional issues and add storage, we expanded the kitchen by incorporating part of a secondary dining area. We removed a dropped ceiling and installed new skylights to maximize natural light.

The outdated wood stove was replaced with a modern wood-burning insert. We added a new Milestone surround and hearth, along with a wood mantle and floating steel shelves.

The existing entry desperately needed additional storage. By relocating the HVAC ducting, we created the perfect space for a built-in bench and coat closet.

The existing home lacked a sheltered outdoor area. We proposed adding a large screened porch off the dining room, which proved to be the perfect solution.
