This week we are excited to share a wonderful short video created by our friends at A Home In Seattle. The short video contains an interview with Cheryl and highlights a recently completed infill project located in the Maple Leaf neighborhood. Click the photo below to watch the video.
Our friend and client for over ten years, Donald Baptiste, approached us in 2020 with a unique problem…create a plan for six homes to be built on two adjoining lots with only 7,200 square feet of land. Our solution created the six homes while maintaining individuality, maximizing separation, and off-street parking.
Have we mentioned that we also design the interiors for our projects? For Brooklyn, we kept the interior palette somewhat muted and utilized a balance of direct and indirect lighting. We also worked with Donald to select the furniture for each home.
